Alyson is an inner child healing coach who helps Black women heal and overcome the pain of the mother wound. There are countless women suffering in silence because they have no language for their experience. Alyson not only holds space for that pain, but creates opportunities for us to address and overcome.

Mother wounds are emotional injuries caused by a generational deficit in the mother-child relationship that forms codependent, critical, and controlling behaviors. Healing the mother wound reconnects us with our inner child, validates our God-given identity, and allows us to maintain healthy relationships with ourselves and others.
